Terms of Service

By signing up and actively using the Cassandra's Clicks program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Cassandra's Clicks may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members.

Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with Cassandra's Clicks. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement.

Your continued participation in the Cassandra's Clicks program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Members:

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

Effective August 1, 2005 Potential Members in the state of Michigan or Utah must first contact the Program owner using the contact form to inquire about joining so that their age maybe confirmed as minors from these two states are not eligible to join even with parents consent.

You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. Your mailing address will be verified before payment is made. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses/mailing addresses. Complete information must be provided -initials for names are not accepted - you must supply your complete name and address or your account will be deleted. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing Cassandra's Clicks account (one account per household) (unless special circumstances arise and permission is requested & approved.)

Active Cassandra's Clicks members are ones that login to their accounts once every 30 days and MUST also click at least 50 emails or banners (or combination of) within the 30 day period.

New members must click 10 emails or banners within 3 days of joining or your account will be deleted.

All members must have the keyword in their User Info - I have Read the Terms - checked off. If not checked off your account will be deleted.

Inactive members will be deleted after 30 days. You will forfeit your earnings and referrals. If you click on 3 cheat links or more your account will be deleted and money and referrals forfeited.

Yearly & Lifetime Advertisers - MUST also click at least 50 emails or banners (or combination of) within a 45 day period or your account will be deleted and earnings will be forfeited.

You will use your username/password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential,you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info" link.

You are solely responsible for any and all use of your Cassandra's Clicks account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Cassandra's Clicks be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action.

Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

Zero tolerance for "cheaters", your accounts will be deleted and earnings forfeited.

"Other than the WM selling her own downline members, members will not be moved from one downline to another." You are not allowed to sell your redemptions without a prior reseller's authorization in effect with Cassandra's Clicks or the redemptions will not be honored and your account may be terminated.

Cassandra's Clicks reserves the right to refuse advertising for certain sites that are not in compliance with our terms (Scam Sites see FAQ for definition).

Any site that list directly or by their sponsors:
Sexist, racial, sexual or violence in anyways.

No Gambling Sites or Sites that sells any type of Pharmaceutical Products

If someone purchases or redeems their ad(s) for something related to the above mentioned unacceptable sites they will lose their money and/or earnings and will not be refunded. Also, if you buy an advertisement, we cannot guaranteed any click through rate unless you buy for a guaranteed number of visitors,which will be deliver on time. No refund will be given unless we are unable to give you what you bought for.

Once an ad is placed there will be NO CHANGING of the link unless there is an error in the link. You cannot keep changing the link to different sites.

You must maintain your email account that you used when signing up Cassandra's Clicks.

 You agree to receive e-mail advertising from Cassandra's Clicks.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from Cassandra's Clicks, your email will be sent to inbox only, and this cannot be changed without written permission from Cassandra's Clicks. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full.

Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. This also includes any messages sent using the contact form. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

If you are found to be intentionally Trashing or Harassing cassandrasclicks.com OR the Cassandra's Clicks WM on ANY Public Forum/Discussion Board Your Account Can and WILL be Terminated. This does not say you cannot engage in Discussions regarding this Program, However Trashing and Harassment of cassandrasclicks.com or the WM - WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!

We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice and your e-mail will be kept to be posted on a future "wall of shame".

Activity Rules:

Members that promote either Cassandra's Clicks PTP or Affiliate Page are required to follow Cassandra's Clicks terms of service activity rules.

PTP promoters or Affiliate Page users must have at least (Five Cents) $0.05 in personal click earnings per $1.00 (One Dollar) of PTP earnings to qualify for each PTP payout request. Personal click earnings are both cash and the points (converted cash value) that the member themselfs earned by clicking. Downline earnings do not count! Members promoting the PTP that do not have the required personal earnings are not yet eligible to receive a PTP payout. Members promoting the PTP that do not have the required personal earnings are also not eligible to redeem those PTP earnings for advertising.

Members that purchase affiliate pages or yearly advertising packages are required not to abuse the promotion of that PTP. Which means their membership activity and the corresponding click earnings cannot be insignificant when compared to their affiliate page or yearly advertising PTP earnings. Members that purchase a affiliate page or yearly advertising are required to be reasonably active members in relation to how actively they promote their affiliate page and PTP Link. Members that abuse their affiliate pages or yearly advertising PTP Link will have their PTP suspended and payout requests will not be honored. Until the members future activity has removed them from abuse status.

Any member that takes a vacation must click on the 8th day after their vacation ends or be deleted for inactivity. Members are allowed to take up to 30 days at one time period for a vacation. Anything over 30 day vacation must be approve by the webmaster in advance. Otherwise the account will be deleted. No more then 60 vacation days are allowed per calendar year. Exceptions may be granted for special reasons. Provided the member has contacted the webmaster and obtain the required advance approval.

Relationship of the Parties:

You and Cassandra's Clicks are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Cassandra's Clicks.

You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of Cassandra's Clicks. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section.

You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:

Cassandra's Clicks will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities,or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Cassandra's Clicks program, even if Cassandra's Clicks has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Furthermore, Cassandra's Clicks aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving and reading paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by Cassandra's Clicks. Members may earn by referring new members to the Cassandra's Clicks program, but having a downline is not necessary to be paid. You are paid to read (PTR) - blindclicking is a violation of the terms and you risk the chance of having your account deleted if caught!

Members have to be 40% active as their referrals to receive referral earnings. Members MUST have the I Have Read the Terms box checked in their User Info also before being paid.

If your account is not in good standings you will not be able to receive any prize credits (trivia, contest ptc and any other winnings that are reserved as rewards for members in good standing). We reserve the right to remove any credits that are automatically credited to accounts that are suspended or not in good standing. You will forfeit those prizes and they will be considered a donation to the site.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Cassandra's Clicks and may result in legal prosecution.

Cassandra's Clicks strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Cassandra's Clicks may charge up to $5 per spam email sent.
